- 2.2 Cancellations made 7 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
- 2.3 Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the course start date may be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
- 2.4 In the event of a course cancellation by Canadian Shield First Aid, a full refund will be provided to enrolled participants.
