1. Refund Policy:

• 1.1 Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of course enrollment.
• 1.2 To request a refund, please send an email to info@canadianshieldfirstaid.ca.
• 1.3 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 business days after approval.

2. Cancellation Policy:

• 2.1 To cancel your course enrollment, please contact us via email at info@canadianshieldfirstaid.ca.
• 2.2 Cancellations made 7 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
• 2.3 Cancellations made after 7 days prior to the course start date may be subject to a 75% cancellation fee.
• 2.4 In the event of a course cancellation by Canadian Shield First Aid, a full refund will be provided to enrolled participants.

3. Course Validity:

• 3.1 The validity of course certifications varies based on the specific course taken.
• 3.2 Certification validity periods are outlined in the course description and materials provided during enrollment.
